What is the booking process?
Once you have decided which package you are after, we require a 20% deposit of your total amount to lock in and secure your date with Chamore Creations. The remaining amount is due anytime up until one month before the date of your wedding. We will then send you a confirmation email as well as a terms and conditions document that will require a signature, once the deposit has been made.
How many photographers / videographers will be coming to our wedding?
There will be two shooters attending all weddings. If you wish to include drone (aerial photography / videography) in your package, there will be a third shooter.
When will we receive our film or photographs?
The delivery of your wedding package is guaranteed to be completed up to six weeks after the date of your wedding.
Can we choose our own music for our wedding video?
Of course! If you have a few song choices in mind we would love you to send them through to us so we can add them into your video. If you don't have a preference, we are happy to selected a few songs for you that we think would work perfectly.
Is there a travel fee?
Travel costs are included for both videographers and/or photographers if the wedding is within 60km from us. We charge $200 travel fee for events further away.
Do you have add ons?
Yes, Chamore Creations offer a number of optional add ons to any packages. These can be selected anytime before you receive your final package. Add on's include drone aerial footage, highlight videos, vows or letter readings included in your video etc. Feel free to contact us if you would like to see our extras price list.
Do you travel?
Yes! Although we are predominately Melbourne based, we are always eager and willing to travel. Whether your wedding plans are interstate or overseas, please don't hesitate to reach out and get in touch. We'd love to be there, and what a great excuse for a trip!
