What is the booking process?
Once you have decided which package you're after, we require a signature on our contract before sending you through the invoice. A 20% deposit is required to lock in and secure your date with us, the remaining amount is then due anytime up until one month before your wedding. Our questionnaire will be sent out shortly after which can be filled out anytime before our meeting (usually 6 weeks out from the big day.) 

How many photographers / videographers will be coming to our wedding?
Our packages contain two shooters at most weddings unless you have customised your package, you may only receive one shooter (but hey, good things come in small packages!)  You are also more than welcome to add additional shooters to any package type, but we think anymore is a slight overkill; unless you want to feel like a celeb!

Who will capture our day?
One (or two) of our talented shooters will be there to capture your entire love story. We spend time matching which of our talented crew will be best suited for your wedding, based on your needs, vibe and wedding venue. All the editing is done in house by both Charlotte & Morgan, as well as assistance form the rest of the team; so the edit and style remains consistent throughout all our weddings across the globe.

When will we receive our film or photographs?
The delivery of your wedding package is guaranteed to be completed up to six weeks after the date of your wedding.

Can we have a sneaky preview?
Yes! We love to share 3-5 of our favourite images with you within 24 - 48 hours after the wedding. This will give you a chance to share them with family and friends (and social media of course) before you leave us to do the rest of the hard work!
 
Can we choose our own music for our wedding video?
Of course! If you have a few song choices in mind we would love you to send them through to us so we can add them into your video. If you don't have a preference, we are happy to select a range of different songs for our couples that we believe would suit the video perfectly.

Is there a travel fee?
Travel costs are included for both videographers and/or photographers if the wedding is within 60km from Melbourne, CBD. This is dependant on distance and number of shooters. We also have a flat rate fee for Interstate weddings around Australia, as well as a seperate price list for all our international weddings and elopements. 

Do you have add ons?
Yes, Chamore Creations offer a number of optional add ons to any packages. These can be selected anytime before or after you receive your final package. Add on's can include drone aerial footage, film photography, love letters, personalised photo boxes, photo albums or an engagement photo session.
